Content policy

Everything posted here goes out on a public Instagram account, so it has to follow Instagram's Community Guidelines and the rules below.

Great to post

  • People, pets, food, travel, sport, music, dance, comedy and art
  • Your own small business or creative work
  • Opinions and everyday language, including mild profanity

Not allowed

  • Nudity, sexual content, or anything that sexualises minors
  • Graphic violence, gore, animal cruelty, self-harm or eating-disorder content
  • Hate speech, harassment, bullying, terrorism or extremism
  • Selling drugs, weapons or other regulated goods
  • Scams, spam, fake giveaways, phishing or misleading links
  • Other people's private information, or impersonating someone
  • Content you don't own, including re-uploads from other creators, TV, films or copyrighted music you don't have rights to
  • False claims that could cause real-world harm

What happens if a post breaks the rules

We may cancel scheduled posts or remove published ones that break these rules, and suspend the accounts behind them, without notice.
